We dyed the synthetic upper in a deep red brown and stamped the foot with an ostrich quill pattern. The shaft rises toward mid calf with traditional western stitching and twin pull tabs for an easy pull. Underneath, a cushioned heel sits over a sturdy rubber outsole.

Ostrich quill vamp

We press synthetic leather with an ostrich pattern to give the foot a raised quill texture. The material resists surface scratches and wipes clean with a damp cloth after a long day outside.

Wider calf shaft

We patterned this shaft with extra room through the throat and top rim to accommodate a fuller calf. Deep side scallops and stitched pull tabs let your foot slide down into the heel pocket without binding.

Western stitchwork

Multi-row needlework runs up both sides of the shaft in contrasting thread. The stitching stiffens the synthetic panels so the shaft stands upright on its own without slouching around your ankle.

Rubber tread outsole

The outsole uses a flexible rubber compound paired with a slip resistant tread pattern. It sheds dirt readily and grips slick surfaces, while the low block heel keeps your stride grounded.
