How a pair travels
Boots on this site are bought from our retail partner, and the journey from their shelf to your door is theirs to make. Here is what that means in practice.
Where the buying happens
Every buy button opens the listing for that exact size at our retail partner. From that point on the transaction is with them: they take the payment, they pick the pair, and they hand it to a carrier.
Times and options
They are shown on the listing and again at checkout, before anything is paid for, and they depend on where the boots are going and which service is chosen. We are not going to print a table of days here. A number typed onto this page would be a guess about somebody else operation, and a stale one within a season.
Tracking
Whatever tracking exists for an order lives in the account it was placed under, with our retail partner. We have no view of it and cannot look an order up.
Outside the United States
Availability, carriage and any duty at the border are decided by the retailer and by the country the parcel enters. The listing will say whether it can be sent, and what that costs, before the order is placed.
What we can still help with
The sizing. Getting the length right before the order exists saves the whole journey happening twice, which is the main reason the fit bench is on this site at all.
