Reach the bench
Write to us about fit, lasts and measurements. That is the part we know, and we would rather answer before a pair is bought than after.
Where to write
[email protected]. One of us reads it. Tell us the boot you are looking at and the measurement you have taken, in inches or centimetres, and we can tell you what our chart says about it.
Worth asking us
- Which size a measured foot lands on, and how much room the next one up leaves.
- Whether a pair publishes a shaft opening, and what it measures at your size.
- Whether a shape exists in another colour, or another shaft height.
- What a boot is lined with, what the outsole is, how the pull tabs sit.
Worth asking the retailer instead
Anything about an order that already exists. We do not run the checkout and we cannot see orders, so questions about payment, carriage, an order that has not turned up, or sending a pair back are ones our retail partner has to answer. Their account pages carry the order number and the contact route for it.

Letters reach us here:

Read that as a place to send a letter, and nothing else. It is a bench in an office building, not a shop: there is no counter, no stock on shelves and nothing to try on, so turning up in person gets you a locked door and a wasted trip. Nor is it a returns address. A pair that has to go back goes back to the retailer who sold it, by the route on their order page, and anything posted to us instead will sit here unopened.
Email is faster for every question on this page. The address is here because a company ought to say where it sits, not because it is the way to reach us.
