We shaped this black low top flat with scalloped trim, a closed toe, and a quick hook and loop strap for children.
We built this low top pair on our children's last with black faux leather and scalloped edges. A closed toe protects the front of the foot, while a hidden hook and loop strap fastens across the instep under a decorative buckle. The flat rubber sole gives steady footing on smooth floors.
