We shaped this black Mary Jane flat with a roomy round toe, a low profile, and a broad hook-and-loop instep strap.

We built this low-cut black shoe on our children's last with a wide, rounded toe box for growing feet. A hook-and-loop strap crosses the instep so little hands can fasten their own pair before heading out. Smooth black uppers wipe clean with a damp cloth, and the flexible rubber outsole grips dry ground securely.

Roomy round toe

The front is rounded and cut broad across the ball of the foot. It leaves plenty of space for small toes to spread without pinching during daily wear or family gatherings.

Hook and loop strap

An adjustable magic strap crosses the instep to hold the foot in place. Children can pull it open and press it closed on their own, keeping the fit snug throughout the day.
