A black faux suede thigh-high boot cut with a pointed toe, a 3.5-inch tapered cone heel, and a side zipper for a clean fit.
We built this over-the-knee boot on a sharp pointed last and dyed the faux suede deep black. The shaft rises above the knee with room through the calf, secured by a full-length side zipper. Under the heel seat rests a 3.5-inch tapered cone heel that sets a firm base.
On the bench
We shaped the front into a long pointed toe that defines the forward profile. The black faux suede wraps smoothly across the vamp without excess bulk, keeping the lines sharp through the ball of the foot.
The upper extends above the knee to create a clean silhouette. On our size 5 Wide, the top opening measures 40 inches around, and the side zipper lets you slide the boot on and off without straining the seam.
The 3.5-inch tapered cone heel provides height while maintaining balance under the heel counter. We paired it with a rubber outsole that adds grip on smooth floors and pavements during cooler weather.
