A square-toe khaki ankle bootie with traditional shaft embroidery, low block heels, and pull tabs for easy entry.

We built this ankle bootie on a broad square toe last to give the forefoot room to spread. The khaki faux-leather upper finishes just above the ankle bone with stitched western cordwork on both sides. A low block heel and rubber outsole keep the profile grounded.

Square toe profile

The wide square toe box gives your toes room across the front of the boot. We shaped the welt with clean corners that hold their outline through regular wear.

Low block heel

A broad, low heel provides a solid base under the rearfoot. We set it on a rubber outsole with light tread to handle flat pavement and hard floors.

Ankle shaft fit

The collar opens wide enough for pull-on entry using the side tabs. On a size 8.5, the shaft circumference measures 13 inches around, with other sizes scaling accordingly.

Embroidered faux leather

We stitched traditional western patterns directly into the khaki faux-leather quarters. The material wipes clean with a damp cloth and needs no conditioning oils to keep its matte finish.

The shaft opens to 13 inches, measured on size 8.5. Larger sizes open a little wider and smaller ones a little less, so treat that figure as belonging to the size it was taken on.
