We shaped this tall apricot suede boot on a square toe, setting the knee-high shaft over a flat one-inch heel.

Apricot faux suede gives this knee-high boot a soft, uniform nap. We built it on a broad square toe to leave room across the ball of the foot, then grounded the pair on a low one-inch heel. The shaft pulls up toward the knee with a side zipper at the inner ankle to make step-in fast.

We gave this last a wide, blunt square front. It gives the forefoot extra wiggle room without letting the front of the boot look heavy, keeping the edges crisp along the welt.

One-inch flat heel

The low block heel lifts the back of the foot by one inch. It sits flat on the ground for steady footing throughout long hours on your feet, balanced by a light, flexible outsole.

Side zipper closure

A zipper runs along the lower inner shaft. You unzip it to slide your heel down past the throat, then pull the runner up to keep the ankle line neat and close to the leg.

Care for faux suede

The apricot upper handles daily wear well and resists light scuffs. Use a dry horsehair brush to raise the nap after wear, and store the pair upright with shaft shapers to avoid deep creases.
